Work Experience Opportunity – Support Worker Location : Paignton Hours : 6 Hours per week Are you looking to gain valuable experience in social care? Our support workers are at the heart of everything we do, and this placement gives you the chance to shadow and learn from them. You’ll gain hands-on insight into how we empower the people we support to live their lives the way they want to – from enjoying hobbies and activities to building independence in everyday routines. What will you be doing? During your placement, you will: Learn how to build positive relationships with the people we support Observe and assist with day-to-day routines in line with personal support plans Gain exposure to areas such as personal care, daily living skills, attending appointments, and supporting hobbies and interests See how staff promote independence, dignity, and inclusion What’s in it for you?
