Job Description:

The Investor Services Business Execution Lead (C-16) will be responsible for strategic planning, analysis, governance, and execution across the Investor Services business, including resource allocation, productivity, expense management, technology budgeting, and process improvements. The BE Lead will collaborate closely with the Head of Investor Services and other leaders across business lines (Custody, Fund Services, Execution Services) and functions to achieve strategic goals.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with diverse teams, address critical business issues, and lead the strategic development of the Investor Services business globally. The leader will be accountable for driving results, setting priorities, communicating effectively, and developing a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
* Partner with the Head of Investor Services to establish strategic objectives, lead transformative initiatives, allocate resources, and foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making.
* Drive improvements in strategy, operations, reporting, and quality through collaboration with internal teams, including digital transformation and technology modernization projects.
* Lead key initiatives across all product groups within Investor Services and collaborate on strategic projects critical to the business and the firm.
* Work with business and functional leaders to advance strategic priorities and initiatives.
* Partner with Sales to analyze sales performance and inform strategic investments.
* Develop metrics to measure success and hold teams accountable for objectives.
* Oversee critical reporting processes, including OKRs and milestone tracking.
* Manage the budget and P&L for Investor Services in partnership with finance, setting financial targets and reviewing variances.
* Optimize expense productivity and financial controls to enhance operational efficiency.
* Collaborate with technology leadership to prioritize and track investments, including cross-functional projects and modernization efforts.
* Ensure accurate headcount, real estate planning, and efficient resource management.
* Work with risk teams to assess and manage business risks, ensuring compliance and ethical standards.
* Assist in designing organizational structures to meet business needs.
Qualifications:
* At least 15 years of experience in Financial Services, with a focus on strategy and digital transformation.
* Strategic thinker capable of developing and executing structured plans with measurable metrics.
* Experience in large, complex, matrix organizations with the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly.
* Proven success in strategic planning, transformation programs, and business management.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across global teams.
* Resilient, flexible, and action-oriented, with strong problem-solving skills.
* Experienced people manager with a track record of developing talent.
* Deep understanding of corporate and regulatory policies.
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in business or finance; Master’s preferred.
