Role: Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Shoreham-by-Sea
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Pay: £25,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Contact Centre Advisor to join one of our longstanding clients, a well-established organisation based in Shoreham-by-Sea.
This is a customer-facing role within a busy service team, focused on delivering a high standard of support, resolving queries efficiently, and ensuring an excellent overall customer experience.

The Requirements:
Proven experience delivering high-quality customer service
Excellent telephone manner and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work to targets
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The Role:
Managing incoming customer calls and email enquiries
Investigating and resolving customer queries and complaints
Retaining customers by managing service-related conversations
Recording and tracking customer interactions on CRM systems
Ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines
Keeping up to date with regulatory and internal changes
Promoting additional products and services where appropriate
