We are looking for a CRM Executive to join our Member Engagement and Retention/Marketing Department.
The CRM Executive is responsible for enhancing communications to members and prospects through effective multi-channel journeys. You will support the integration and optimisation of our ESP deepen our understanding of our membership base through insight and segmentation, and ensure we deliver the right message, at the right time, on the right channel to drive engagement and results.
The Role
1. Building and scheduling BAU marketing and service campaigns across email, SMS and push channels
2. Creating audience segments (with support from the CRM Manager) to ensure communications are targeted and relevant
3. Delivering both one-off campaigns and automated lifecycle journeys, checking accuracy, links and timing before launch
4. Supporting monthly reporting and campaign performance tracking
5. Building ad hoc member surveys to gather insight on new initiatives and offerings
6. Briefing the Copywriter and coordinating with the Design team to ensure assets are delivered on time and to brief
7. Managing campaign assets, templates, approvals and version control
8. Collaborating with the CRM Manager on testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
9. Working closely with Marketing, Clubs, Loyalty and Legal teams to gather requirements and approvals
10. Supporting urgent operational communications during peak periods (e.g. renewals or service updates)
Experience
11. 1–3 years’ experience in a CRM, email marketing or similar role
12. Experience using an ESP/CRM platform to build campaigns, segment audiences and schedule sends (Braze, Workday or Salesforce experience desirable but not essential)
13. Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple stakeholders
14. Strong attention to detail and confidence managing multiple campaigns at once
15. Analytical mindset with an interest in testing, optimisation and performance improvement
