Building Services Engineer – IMMEDIATE START Bristol – Large Warehouse Distribution Site Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm Up to £27 per hour Temporary (with potential to go permanent) We are currently recruiting for a Building Services Engineer to work on a large, well-established warehouse site in Bristol on behalf of a globally known facilities maintenance company. This is a Monday to Friday, days-only role with no call-out, offering a strong hourly rate and the opportunity to move into a permanent position for the right person. The Role: * Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site * Working on a range of building services including mechanical and electrical systems * Fault finding, repairs, and general site maintenance * Ensuring compliance with health & safety and site procedures * Liaising with site management and contractors as required Requirements: * Proven experience as a Building Services / Maintenance Engineer * Mechanical or Electrical bias (multi-skilled preferred) * Relevant qualifications (e.g. NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent) * Comfortable working independently on a large commercial/industrial site * Strong understanding of health & safety regulations What’s on Offer: * Up to £27 per hour * Stable Monday to Friday, 8–5 working hours * Long-term temporary work with potential to go permane...
