Salary: £36,500 - £39,400

Role Overview: As a Hotel Manager at the UK’s leading hotel brand, you’ll be responsible for increasing guest numbers, maintaining our unique culture with your team, and using your management skills to make your hotel successful. You will oversee the safety of all within the hotel, manage and develop your team, and ensure a vibrant guest experience.

Responsibilities:
* Lead and motivate front of house, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to ensure outstanding service and compliance with brand standards
* Manage daily hotel operations, including bar and kitchen services, to maintain the UK’s number one hotel
* Understand the bigger picture to drive improvements and identify commercial opportunities
* Ensure health and safety standards are met and oversee food service operations
Requirements:
* Previous management experience in hospitality or a similar environment leading successful teams
* Strong leadership and customer service skills
* Excellent team management and communication skills with a warm, genuine approach
* Commitment to safety and high service standards
