Come and join our award winning teams – we are currently recruiting for a Relief Sous Chef to cover sites across South of England. Location: Surrey, Kent, with required travel between South of England Rate of Pay: £17.50 per hour, overtime paid at 1.5 rate at some sites, where applicable Working Pattern: Predominantly Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, between 6:30am to 3:30pm, due to events and hospitality you may be require to work some weekend shifts, some flexibility is a must Your key responsibilities will include: Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers Overseeing and implementing menu changes Identifying opportunities to improve our food services Listening and acting on customer feedback to consistently improve our food services Representing CH&CO and maintaining a positive brand image Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations Our ideal Relief Chef: Must be adaptable, able to work in different kitchens, and master new menus and equipment quickly Have experience supervising a team Be able to cover Chef Manager role while off site Hold a Food Hygiene & Allergens certificate Have a flexible approach to working Whats in it for you?
