The Role

1. Will lead Safety, Health and Environmental activity, ensuring the highest international standards are in place, maintained and reviewed for improvement.
2. Drive cultural change and behaviour, demonstrating best practice.
3. Improve the companies Safety, Health and Environmental procedures, standards and processes.
4. Maintain compliance against latest legislative criteria.
5. Ensure a zero accident/incident culture within Safety, Health and Environmental matters.
6. Embrace methods to reduce accidents/incidents leading to increased health in the team leading naturally to improved productivity.
7. Ensure international standards are embedded in our processes e.g. ISO 45001, 14001 and 9001.
