3. Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
5. Communicate effectively with French-speaking suppliers and stakeholders
6. Resolve discrepancies and handle queries related to accounts payable
7. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes
8. Assist in month-end closing procedures for accounts payable
9. Support the wider accounting and finance team with administrative tasks
10. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of payments
The Successful Applicant
A successful French Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk should have:
11. Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
12. Experience in accounts payable or a related accounting role
13. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
14. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office tools
15. A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork
