The Recipe As a Manufacturing Trainer, youll ensure our teams have the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to deliver excellence. Youll plan and deliver engaging training programmes focused on safety, compliance, and continuous improvement helping us keep Britains favourite bakery running smoothly.
