Main Duties Provide Personal Care – including washing, dressing, and continence support
Support with Daily Living – such as preparing meals, housekeeping, and shopping
Medication Support – administering or prompting medication as per care plans
Emotional and Social Support – companionship, conversation and wellbeing support
Monitor and Report – changes in client health, wellbeing, or environment
Encourage Independence – supporting clients to live well and confidently at home
Maintain Accurate Records – documenting care provided each visit
Requirements Minimum 2 years’ experience in care or nursing
Recognised care qualifications
A valid driving licence is essential
International driving licences accepted for the first 12 months
