This office-based role is a rare opportunity to join our busy Installations department. Providing an essential support role, you will be part of a collaborative team working together to ensure work is executed efficiently.
We are a well-established multi-million pound expanding local business, which prides itself on its customer service. Supplier orders - coordinate delivery to ensure it corresponds with installations.
• Resolve any snagging issues through liaison with our Service Engineers, Installers and customers.
• General administration and data entry to our customer database.
• Handling of incoming telephone calls.
Excellent telephone manner to liaise with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Confident, articulate team player with good relationship building skills.
• Self-motivated and flexible.
• Competent PC user especially Microsoft Office software.
