As a Field CTO you will be the voice of the customer and technical community as a whole. Reporting to the office of field CTO, and will be closely aligned to Product, Engineering and Sales Sr. leadership. You will support strategic sales opportunities, evangelize our solutions and roadmaps, and work closely with product and engineering to build a better future. You will act as a hands-on expert in the EMEA region utilizing your experience to support high performance SE Specialists that will help accelerate our growing business.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work on the strategic opportunities across EMEA and provide high level expertise in deal critical situations.
2. Represent EMEA on any DDFE requests and manage deliverables to deal success.
3. Be a trusted advisor for existing and potential customers, as well as channel and technology partners.
4. Via SME boards work closely with PM/Engineering teams on the new and existing product features, provide feedback and workarounds as appropriate.
5. Regular sync with the product leadership on the product status progress, EMEA field requirements and general feedback around the product. Those meetings will be either virtual or face to face. Face to face meetings should be at least once a quarter.
6. Sit on all SME teams (Visibility, Insight, Actions and Growth) and develop close relationships with SME Ambassadors in each team.
7. Driving CAB in EMEA together with the local PM team, Field CISO and Sales Leadership.
8. Evangelise Lacework at marketing activities
9. Stay close to industry trends in order to gain a deeper product understanding
