Social Network - Creative Director Role
Location: Leicestershire – 2 days/week on site. Part-time role, 3 days/week.
Salary: Full-time Salary - £65,000 - £75,000

The Role:
As our Creative Director, you’ll shape the visual and strategic direction of campaigns, products, and experiences. From concept to execution, you’ll lead a team of designers, writers, and project managers to bring ideas to life with style and substance.
What You’ll Do:
* Own and evolve the creative vision across brand, digital, and content
* Lead cross-functional teams through ideation, design, and delivery
* Champion high-quality creative output that connects with audiences
* Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership to align strategy and storytelling
* Inspire, mentor, and grow a talented team of creatives
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years of creative experience, including agency or in-house leadership
* A strong portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, digital experiences, and brand development
* Confident leadership and presentation skills
* Deep understanding of design, copy, and content trends
* A strategic mindset with an eye for both detail and the bigger picture
