Would you like to be part of an elite team who support people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and/or Mental Health issues, either in their own homes or in supported living? The support we provide is not your typical home‑care support! We are TAO Complex Care – Life Without Limits!!
Responsibilities
* Provide support to individuals with complex support needs in their own homes or supported living environments
* Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and wellbeing monitoring
* Adhere to care plans and maintain accurate documentation
* Engage positively with service users, families, and the multidisciplinary team
Qualifications & Preferences
* Excellent spoken and written English
* Experience in caring for people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health issues (preferred)
* Full UK Driving Licence (preferred)
Working Conditions
Full time, including alternate weekends, bank holidays, possible sleep‑in or waking nights, and day shifts. The second interview stage will be in person in Harrogate.
