The Role: We are seeking a dynamic Part 2 Architectural Assistant who is passionate about design and eager to take on a variety of tasks throughout the project life-cycle. You will collaborate closely with a team of experienced Architects, gaining valuable insights and developing your skills in a hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
* Work closely with senior architects to refine design details and ensure alignment with client visions.
* Contribute to presentations and project proposals, showcasing your creative ideas.
* Collaborate within a friendly and engaging team environment, fostering a spirit of teamwork and innovation.
Part 2 Architectural Assistant Requirements:
* RIBA qualified at Part 2 level
* Experience in a UK practice is essential
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUpand Revit is preferred.
* Strong design and visualisation skills with the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
* A good understanding of UK planning applications and Building Regulations is advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* A strong portfolio showcasing your design work would be beneficial.
