 
        
        Event Administrator – International Medieval Congress
The role will be based on the University of Leeds main campus with a hybrid working arrangement available. Flexible working hours are discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Responsibilities
 * Serve as the first point of contact for all International Medieval Congress (IMC) delegate queries.
 * Provide clerical, communication and event coordination support throughout the Congress.
 * Maintain accurate data entry and handle money and payment processes.
 * Support the 2026 IMC event (7‑9 July 2026) by accommodating extended hours, evenings and weekends when required.
 * Carry out other reasonable duties consistent with the post.
Qualifications & Skills
 * Extensive competence with Microsoft Office and related IT systems.
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to build relationships with colleagues and delegates.
 * Experience in a customer‑focused role and demonstrated numerical abilities.
 * High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and effective time‑management skills.
 * Team‑working ability and organisational capacity.
