Job Title: Financial Accountant (Qualified)
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Hybrid Working: 2 3 days per week in the Chesterfield office

A Must
Candidates must be fully qualified (ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA) with a minimum of 1 2 yrs post qualification experience. We are looking for someone with experience of preparing financial statements for group companies ideally with a B2B SaaS background.

Evolution Funding is a fast paced, dynamic environment - the role itself will be wide ranging and has strong commercial and relationship management elements to it where you will have full end-to-end P&L responsibility for one of Evolution Funding Groups SaaS based subsidiary businesses.
Key Responsibilities
* E2E Ownership of the P&L account, balance sheet, budget & forecasting activities.
* Preparation of month end for both the profit and loss account and balance sheet.
* Commercial price changes and all associated activity.
* Accounts Payable & Accounts receivable.
* Full ownership of month end tasks from preparation through to posting journals and reconciliations.
* Production of financial statements and applications.
* Preparation of spreadsheets, reports and correspondence as required.
* Support the year end Audit process.
* Preparation of month end Packs
* Balance sheet reconciliations
Required Skills
* Fully qualified ACCA, ICAEW, CIMA
* 1 2 years post qualified experience to include P&Ls, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, accruals, prepayments and depreciation
* Preparation of Financial Statements for Group companies
* Excellent understanding of double entry bookkeeping
* A good understanding of end-to-end financial processes and controls
* Excellent communication & relationship management skills
