Job Summary: Deliver personalised care where it matters most. GenesisCare is launching a new SACT and research service in Guildford, and we are looking for a Clinical Nurse Specialist (Breast Care) to support patients throughout their cancer journey. This is a unique opportunity to work within a highly specialised oncology environment, delivering expert, compassionate care in a brand-new service.
What You’ll Do
* Act as the primary point of contact for patients throughout treatment
* Deliver holistic assessments and personalised care plans
* Provide specialist advice and education to patients and families
* Run nurse-led clinics and support MDT decision-making
* Coordinate care pathways and support transitions between services
* Contribute to service development, audit, and quality improvement
Qualifications
Essential
* Registered Nurse with relevant oncology experience
* Experience in breast cancer care or a related speciality
* Strong communication and patient advocacy skills
* Ability to work autonomously and within an MDT
* Evidence of continued professional development
Desirable
* Additional experience in oncology specialist roles
* Familiarity with SACT and research service environments
