What You’ll Do As a Care Worker, you’ll build meaningful relationships and support residents to live fulfilling lives. Your role will include: Supporting health and wellbeing Providing personal and emotional care Administering medication Leading and joining in with fun, engaging activities Promoting independence through a person-centred approach What We’re Looking For You Don’t Need Previous Care Experience – Just a Caring Nature And a Willingness To Learn. We’ll Provide Full Training And Ongoing Support.
