About the Role
As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will be a key part of our team, acting as the primary point of contact between residents, project stakeholders, and the project team. Youll play a crucial role in supporting the Supervisor with the annual programme of works and ensuring the operational team delivers on time. Your responsibilities will include:

Giving residents a clear understanding of planned elemental works for windows, doors, external works, kitchens, and bathrooms.
*
Issuing notices for access and informing the site team of any reasonable adjustments required by tenants.
*
Maintaining a complaints procedure and dealing with disputes and damage claims.
*
Supporting the operational team in the delivery of programmes on time.
What Were Looking For
Experience and Qualifications:
*
Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is essential, ideally within property services and planned works.
*
Experience in a customer services environment is a must.
*
Previous experience working with local authorities or registered housing providers is essential.
*
Proven experience in a busy environment, delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines.
*
Knowledge of reactive maintenance services is desirable.
Requirements:
*
A full UK driving license is a must, as you will be required to cover the Birmingham and Tamworth areas. A company car or car allowance will be provided.
*
You must be able to work full:time, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
