Overview
We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Teaching Assistant to join an Early Years team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young children’s development in a nurturing and creative learning environment. Beginning Late September 2025.
Responsibilities
* Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities.
* Assist with children’s personal care, play, and social development.
* Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment.
* Encourage children’s independence and confidence through positive interaction.
* Work closely with staff and parents to support children’s learning and wellbeing.
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with young children (nursery or early years setting essential).
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills as a Nursery Teaching Assistant.
* Relevant childcare qualification (Level 2/3) desirable but not essential.
* SEN experience (not essential but is preferred)
