About the Service
Our accommodation in East Sussex provides a safe, psychologically informed environment for adults who may have experienced trauma, hospital stays, or periods of instability. Support is person-centred, strengths-based, and focused on empowerment, confidence-building, and independence.
Residents may be working on routines, skills development, emotional regulation, or re-engaging with the community as part of their recovery journeys.
What Youll Be Doing
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital part in helping residents thrive. Your role includes:
Promoting a person-centred ethos and encouraging independence at every opportunity.
Creating and updating dynamic risk assessments and support plans tailored to individual goals. [...
