The Role
We are recruiting a Senior Sales Executive / New Homes Sales Advisor to represent stunning new build developments. You’ll be responsible for driving sales of new build houses and apartments, delivering an exceptional customer journey from first enquiry through to completion.
This role is ideal for someone with a proven background in selling new homes or residential property who thrives in a customer‑focused, target‑driven environment.
Key Responsibilities

Sell new build homes (houses and apartments)
*
Deliver a high‑quality customer experience throughout the full sales process
*
Conduct development tours, show home viewings, and buyer presentations
*
Build strong relationships with buyers, guiding them through reservation to completion
*
Maintain CRM systems, manage prospect pipelines, and report to the Head of Sales
*
Work closely with marketing and business development teams to maximise sales opportunities

Experience Required
*
New homes sales experience (essential) — houses or apartments
*
Estate agency, property sales, or residential sales background
*
Strong B2C sales and customer service skills
*
Confident presenting to buyers and conducting viewings
*
Commercially aware, target‑driven, and relationship‑focused
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Local property market knowledge is a strong advantage
