We're looking for you! The position is open at all our offices located in the UK.
Your Role
A national role contributing to the turnover growth of the UK branches. You will be responsible for customer retention, customer development, and acquisition of new customers across defined business fields/transport modes. Furthermore, you will ensure communication and interaction between the customer and the relevant departments of the organization, promoting products and customer care.
Your Responsibilities
1. Generate new export business opportunities with a focus on the export SME sector.
2. Execute cold calls to potential customers from your target list to acquire new business, and conduct onboarding calls with new customers regarding volume and quality agreements.
3. Initiate the onboarding process in alignment with the Sales and Customer Care Manager.
4. Make pricing decisions in alignment with Trade.
5. Create, send, and follow up on proposals and presentations to customers.
6. Prepare quotations using online tools and submit proposals to customers.
7. Analyze customer needs and potential, and take necessary steps to grow the business.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Experience in a similar role.
* Knowledge of sales processes and customer retention/customer care.
* Experience managing existing customer portfolios/pipelines.
* Strong customer and solution orientation.
* Team-oriented, strong-willed, and target-driven.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
* Strong communication skills.
