1. Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer II (mandatory).
2. Flows: Proven expertise in designing and implementing Salesforce Flows.
3. Triggers: Experience in developing custom Salesforce Triggers.
4. Apex: Strong proficiency in Apex programming.
