Duties as ICT Teacher:
* Plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum and relevant exam specifications.
* Set, mark and assess classwork, homework, and assessments, providing constructive feedback to support student progress.
* Inspire learners through practical projects such as coding, web design, and multimedia production.
* Monitor and track pupil attainment, maintaining accurate records and reporting to parents and senior leaders.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the ICT and Computing curriculum and integrate technology across the school.
* Support extracurricular activities such as coding clubs, robotics, or digital competitions.
* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and whole-school events.
Ideal ICT Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Strong subject knowledge in ICT and related technologies.
* Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities to develop their digital skills.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and classroom management skills as an ICT Teacher.
