Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and safeguarding
* Inspire and support a team of early years practitioners

* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, EYFS, and Health & Safety regulations

About You:
* A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education/Childcare (essential)
* Maths qualification
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a senior or managerial role within an early years setting
* A confident, motivational leader with excellent team management skills
* A deep understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures
* A genuine passion for early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment
