Job Description
Role & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will work alongside the Design, Quality, and Manufacturing teams, supporting the ongoing development of new and legacy products. Responsibilities include designing components and products using SolidWorks and DFM evaluation of new product specifications. The role involves taking new customer enquiries through the development lifecycle, from prototype stage through to final testing, report writing, and customer handover.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Previous experience in developing Electrical-Mechanical products. Ability to perform hands-on tooling and machine setup. Experience with Product Testing, GD&T, and strong statistical & data analysis skills.
Benefits Package: Salary £38,000 - £43,000 depending on experience. Contributory Pension, Healthcare, 25 days holiday, excellent product training and development opportunities.
