A welcoming and supportive Primary School is seeking an enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join their team from September 2026. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented teacher looking for a part-time position, working three days per week, while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons, build strong relationships with pupils, and provide consistency within a Key Stage 2 classroom.

The Role

As the Year 4 Teacher, you will:

Take responsibility for teaching a Year 4 class on your designated days
Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons that inspire learning
Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where necessary
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and year group colleagues
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support pupil wellbeing
Ensure high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour are maintained

The Ideal Candidate

The successful applicant will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
Be organised, reliable and committed to pupil progress
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Be passionate about delivering high-quality education
