Responsibilities
* Deliver day-to-day tool hire activities, deploying resources to ensure efficient, effective and safe operations.
* Lead by example in developing strong relationships through regular customer interaction, supporting the team to maximise growth through proactive cross-selling.
* Provide guidance and constructive feedback to team members, assisting in their development and delivering a high-quality customer experience.
* Deliver and collect customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that all equipment is secured and loaded/offloaded safely in accordance with company procedures.
* Support branch colleagues in building knowledge and competence in tool hire products.
* Ensure tool hire standards are always maintained.
* Ensure inventory and availability levels are appropriate to meet customer needs, collaborating across the local network.
