An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a motivated Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Ditchingham, Bungay area. You will be working for one of UKs leading health care providers. This care home provides support for people with learning disabilities and complex needs who would benefit from living in a more peaceful setting.
To be considered for this position you must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Be an essential part of the team, promoting the wellbeing and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
* Assist with daily tasks, inclusive of all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene, through to days out and companionship.
* Encourage independence, wellbeing and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities.
* Ensure accurate record keeping at all times.
Preferred Skills and Experience
* Have a genuine desire to care for others.
* A good team player.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Able to show a can-do attitude always.

The successful Support Worker will receive an excellent salary of GBP12.60 per hour and the annual salary of GBP23,587.20 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 36 hours a week on days.
