We are seeking a Customer Account Administrator, with the potential for a Manager level role for the right candidate. This is a full-time, office-based position in a busy and collaborative environment. The successful applicant must be flexible to work at both sites when required, especially to support during periods of annual leave or peak operational demands. About the Role: The Customer Account Administrator will act as the key point of contact for all client communication and be responsible for ensuring exceptional levels of customer service. This role is not limited to office duties— a hands-on approach is essential. You’ll gain a strong understanding of the warehouse operations and may occasionally assist with order picking/packing during busy periods.
