A bit about the job:
You’ll support property claims by investigating potentially fraudulent cases referred from various sources. Your goal will be to help settle genuine claims quickly while identifying and managing fraud risks. You’ll speak with customers and third parties, make quick decisions, and manage your own caseload. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values initiative and collaboration.

Skills and experience
* Experience in insurance claims or end-to-end investigations.
* Property claims or fraud investigation experience (desirable).
* Understanding of fraud outcomes (desirable).
* The ability to effectively manage personal workload.
What you’ll get
* Salary circa £30,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
* Bonus opportunity – 6% of annual salary (actual amount depends on performance and Aviva’s)
