About the role
We are seeking a mid level SaaS Recruitment Product Manager (or similar industry) to support the development and management of our recruitment software product. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition processes, experience with SaaS product management, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of recruitment professionals and organisations.
What you'll do
* Product Analysis: Analyse existing recruitment products to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure they meet customer needs.
* Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring they align with the overall product strategy
* Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the recruitment product roadmap, prioritising improvements and updates based on customer needs and the overall product strategy.
* Stakeholder Management: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to ensure the successful development and launch of product updates.
* Resource Allocation: Manage the allocation of resources, ensuring they are used effectively to meet the needs of the product.
* Launch Planning: Plan and execute the launch of recruitment product updates, working with marketing and sales teams to ensure a successful launch.
* Post-Launch Review: Conduct post-launch review to evaluate the success of product updates and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and ensure the product continues to meet customer needs.
* Product Marketing: Support recruitment product marketing efforts by providing input on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive product adoption and revenue growth.
* Industry Thought Leadership: Stay current on recruitment industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our product remains competitive and compliant with industry standards.
Skills and experience valued in the role
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* Experience working in a similar position.
* Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills.
* A deep understanding of product development and market trends, specifically within recruitment and talent acquisition.
