The Gig
In this role, you will work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure campaigns, events, and client communications are executed flawlessly. You’ll be involved in everything from social media and event logistics to marketing collateral and presentation; all with a focus on delivering value to our clients and supporting their journey with IDX.
What You’ll Do
Customer-Centric Marketing Execution
1. Support campaigns that communicate IDX’s value and highlight client success stories
2. Assist with social media posts, email campaigns, and client communications that keep audiences informed and engaged
3. Ensure all marketing collateral and client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with brand standards
Event Planning & Client Engagement
4. Organise and manage events, including client gatherings, industry conferences, webinars, and internal events
5. Handle logistics such as venue booking, catering, marketing swag, AV setup, and on-site coordination
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events deliver a seamless and positive experience for clients and prospects
7. Support post-event follow-up and evaluation to continuously improve client engagement
Industry Award Submissions
8. Support the preparation and submission of entries for industry awards that highlight IDX’s expertise and client success
9. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to gather client results, case studies, and supporting data
10. Ensure submissions are polished, accurate, and compelling, effectively showcasing the impact of IDX’s solutions
11. Track deadlines, manage documentation, and coordinate approvals to maximize award opportunities
12. Use award recognition to enhance brand credibility and reinforce IDX’s value to current and prospective clients
Cross-Functional Collaboration
13. Work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure marketing activities support client acquisition, onboarding, and retention
14. Coordinate across internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, presentations, and materials
15. Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders, ensuring campaigns and events meet client and business needs
Brand & Client-Focused Support
16. Help maintain a consistent, professional brand presence across all materials and channels
17. Assist in producing case studies, presentations, and sales collateral that clearly demonstrate IDX’s impact on clients
18. Support initiatives that enhance client satisfaction, showcase real results, and reinforce IDX as a trusted partner
About You
19. 2–5 years of B2B marketing, event management, or related experience
20. Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
21. Comfortable juggling multiple projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams
22. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
23. Hands-on, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitude
24. Passion for delivering value to clients and helping them succeed
