We’re recruiting for a Continuous Improvement Manager to join a forward-thinking manufacturing team near Ystrad Mynach. In this role, you’ll champion Lean, Six Sigma, and TPM methodologies to deliver measurable results and embed a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and facilitate Lean and Six Sigma projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
* Drive automation and digitalisation initiatives to enhance visibility and efficiency.
* Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with business objectives.
* Coach and train employees at all levels in Lean principles, problem-solving techniques, and waste elimination.
* Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with department managers to develop action plans addressing inefficiencies and performance gaps.
Skills & Experience
* Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM
* Experience leading CI initiatives or managing CI projects within a manufacturing environment
* Excellent analytical and leadership skills
* Black Belt certification is a plus, but not essential
