Do you know your onions when it comes to Microsoft 365? Do you think you could lead on rolling it out across the council and help us to unlock all it has to offer as part of our digital transformation work? If yes, then you could be the perfect fit for this new role.
We’re looking for someone to lead us on our Microsoft 365 journey for the next two years. Undertaking a digital review and overhaul of our processes and services is high on our agenda, and this project is key to that. Working with key stakeholders across the council and beyond, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project and ensuring we get the most out of the platform.
As well as having the technical knowledge, you’ll be great at supporting people through change, helping our teams to adopt the new functionality to modernise current processes and enable greater agile working, collaboration and efficiency. And really highlighting the value and benefits that come with moving to the new platform.
Fancy getting your teeth into some other major corporate projects too? Working in the council’s innovation and projects team we’ve got plenty to offer. So, your tech, people, project and change management skills, enthusiasm and energy won’t be confined to Microsoft 365.
We’re a really friendly bunch here at Test Valley, and we’re committed to investing in our people, so you can hone and build new skills and grow your career.
Plus, we offer agile working and various other benefits in return, including discounted gym membership. Further information about our benefits can be found at Employee Benefits | Test Valley Borough Council.
