Tutor – Oxford (EYFS to Post-16)
£20–£30 per hour | Minimum 10 hours per week
We are currently recruiting passionate, dedicated tutors based in Oxford to support learners from EYFS through to Post-16.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to young people who may have additional needs, require alternative provision, or benefit from tailored one-to-one support.
The Role
As a tutor, you will:
* Assess learners’ academic and personal needs
* Plan and deliver a bespoke scheme of work
* Provide engaging, supportive and structured sessions
* Support students with SEND, SEMH, and LAC backgrounds
* Deliver tuition in the student’s home, local venue, or school setting
* Monitor progress and adapt teaching accordingly
Requirements
You must:
* Hold QTS or have a minimum of 3 years tutoring experience
* Have experience working with learners from EYFS to Post-16
* Be confident supporting students with additional or complex needs
* Be organised, reliable, and passionate about education
* Be available for at least 10 hours per week

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
