Job Description
We’re now seeking a National Account Manager to take ownership of our High Street Discounters channel. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to lead, influence, and grow our presence in one of the fastest-moving retail environments in the UK.
* Full P&L accountability for discounter accounts, managing promotional plans, forecasting, and profitability.
* Leading strategic joint business plans and unlocking new growth opportunities.
* Building strong, collaborative relationships with buyer contacts and internal stakeholders.
* Managing the performance of multiple brands and SKUs in a fast-paced environment.
* Driving commercial initiatives aligned with Valeo’s long-term vision.
Qualifications
* Proven track record in FMCG account management, preferably within the Discounters channel.
* Strong commercial acumen and a data-led approach to decision-making.
* Confident negotiator with a proactive, hands-on attitude.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ambitious, energetic, and ready to grow within a high-performing commercial team.
