We're looking for a senior UX lead, hands-on with prototyping and product development, who can shape the vision of our NLP products while delivering at startup speed. This is not a traditional UX role-you'll be embedded with product, data science, and engineering teams, driving design from idea to prototype to product.

* Senior-level design experience with proven ability to set direction and drive execution.
* Comfort working in code-adjacent environments: not a software engineer, but fluent enough to leverage AI-assisted coding and emerging design workflows to accelerate prototyping.
* Awareness of industry shifts: you already adapt your process to new AI-driven methods of product development.
