Tasks
* Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients
* Own the full contract recruitment lifecycle
* Win and grow new client accounts
* Help us scale by collaborating with the team to improve how we work and take our product to the next level - through working alongside and developing our use of AI
Requirements
* 1-3 years recruitment experience
* Ability to manage client relationships and deliver roles end‑to‑end (experience can be from either permanent or contract recruitment)
* Able to demonstrate results in this space and quantify performance with numbers
* Knowledge or interest within consulting skillsets
* Strong business development ability/potential
* A team player who is interested in growing a business
* Has a natural interest and curiosity in Technology & AI
