Salary £38K-£42K basic plus £6K bonus based in Chelmsford.

You would be joining a fast growing conference/exhibition business. They have doubled some of their events in the last 2 years and are launching new events into new areas. This would be a great time to join, you would have access to lots of data and a full tech stack to help you achieve your aims. They are independently owned and highly entrepreneurial and not afraid to try new things.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing strategies for a variety of high-profile events.
* Campaign Management: Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement.
* Content Creation: Produce compelling marketing content, including digital media, email campaigns, social media posts, and promotional materials.
* Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to optimize results.
* Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, event operations, and external partners, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of 3 years in marketing, with a focus on event marketing.
* People Management: Experience in managing junior staff members.
* Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, content creation, and analytics tools.
* Creativity: Ability to create innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organization: Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
