We are looking for a motivated Events Coordinator to support the development of low and mid-tier client relationships across agencies and corporate meeting planners. This role is key to strengthening Pixl’s presence within this growing segment of the market.
What You’ll Be Doing
As an Events Coordinator, you will play an important role in expanding Pixl’s client base and supporting measurable growth.
* Client Development: Build and nurture relationships with agencies, planners, and event teams
* Industry Engagement: Network within the events community including MPI, industry groups, trade shows, and peer events
* Opportunity Development: Identify and develop new opportunities through trusted partnerships
* Consultative Conversations: Confidently present Pixl’s creative and technical solutions
* Market Awareness: Stay informed on sector trends, client needs, and competitor activity
* Brand Representation: Represent Pixl professionally at events and networking functions
* Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and leadership team on pipeline development
What We’re Looking For
We are prioritising industry credibility and relationship-building ability over traditional sales backgrounds.
You might currently be working as:
* Event Coordinator or Event Executive
* Event Manager or Event Planner
* Project Coordinator or Project Manager in events
* Junior Producer or Producer
* Venue-based Sales professional in corporate events
* Experiential or Exhibition Coordinator
* Working within an agency or creative production environment
Key Attributes
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
* A consultative, non-aggressive approach
* Commercial awareness and client focus
* Confidence in networking environments
* Self-motivated and organised
* Ability to build trust with agencies and meeting planners
Experience and Background
* Experience within the events, creative, or experiential sector
* Exposure to budgets, suppliers, timelines, or client relationships
* Degree preferred but not essential
Working Style and Flexibility
* Based in either Tring or London
* Flexibility to work from both locations as needed
* Occasional travel for meetings, networking, and events
