About the Role
Kickstart your career with our dynamic two-year rotational programme within the E,C&I Engineering team, based in our Glasgow office. This is your chance to dive into the world of hydro and pumped storage power stations, tackling both maintenance and engineering challenges.
Throughout the programme, you will:
* Gain hands-on experience with our historical power stations.
* Explore innovative technologies and solutions to enhance our operations.
* Receive support in achieving chartership with the IET.

What We’re Looking For
We seek passionate graduates who have a flair for engineering. Here’s what you need:
* A BEng or MEng in Electrical/Control & Instrumentation Engineering (or a related field) from an IMechE accredited course.
* A strong desire to learn and grow.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication skills and a proactive, collaborative approach to teamwork.
