What you'll be doing day-to-day as the Chartered Building Surveyor:
You'll operate in a dual capacity across Building Surveying and Project Management, giving you a well-rounded and engaging workload.
Managing projects from initial feasibility through to final delivery
~ Overseeing budgets, timelines, and risk management
~ Carrying out surveys, inspections, and technical assessments
~ Supporting design, procurement, and construction stages
~ Contributing to problem-solving on complex or underperforming projects
You'll be someone who enjoys responsibility, communicates well with clients, and takes a proactive approach to delivering projects.
Around 3+ years' experience in Building Surveying
~ A mix of project and professional services exposure
~ Knowledge across pre- and post-contract duties
~ Flexibility to attend project sites when needed
