Versus Law Solicitors is looking for an ambitious and experienced Commercial Paralegal to join our Manchester team. This is an excellent opportunity to work directly alongside senior solicitors, gaining invaluable exposure to complex and high-value matters, with clear scope for progression.
If you have at least two years’ experience in a high street commercial practice or working on commercial property and business transactions, this could be the next step in your career.
What You’ll Do
* Assist senior solicitors with commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals
* Support on business sales and purchases, drafting and reviewing key documentation
* Carry out due diligence, legal research, and prepare case summaries
* Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to keep transactions progressing smoothly
* Manage files and maintain accurate case records
* Provide administrative and organisational support to the commercial department
What We’re Looking For
* Minimum 2 years’ paralegal experience in a commercial high street firm or handling commercial work
* Strong knowledge of leases, commercial property sales/purchases, and business transfers
* Excellent drafting and document preparation skills
* Confident communicator with clients and professionals alike
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple matters at once
* A proactive and motivated team player who is eager to develop
