Job Summary
Apply for the PEAT + Admin Support Officer role at Ulster Wildlife. You will support the PEAT+ Project Management Team by keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Your work will directly contribute to peatland restoration and biodiversity initiatives across Northern Ireland and border counties.
Responsibilities
* Process finance reports and manage procurement.
* Support events, maintain records, and ensure health and safety compliance.
* Provide administrative support that enables the team to achieve its climate‑change goals.
Required Qualifications
* Proven experience in administration or finance support.
* Excellent numerical, organisational and communication skills.
* Strong digital literacy.
* Proactive, flexible attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Ability to work to tight deadlines with confidence, accuracy and attention to detail.
Additional Details
Full‑time fixed‑term role to 31 March 2029. Part‑time (30 hours per week) may be considered.
Salary: £24,023 – £27,983 gross per annum. Access to employer's contributory pension scheme – maximum 10% per annum.
