We are at an exciting stage of growth and looking for a hands‑on Marketing Executive to help build brand awareness, drive sales, and bring fresh energy to the business.
About the Role
We need someone sharp, creative, commercial, and full of ideas.
This is not a role for someone who waits for instructions. We want a self‑starter who can spot opportunities, move quickly, and help take Kind Bag to the next level.
You will work across digital marketing, social media, brand campaigns, influencer activity, content creation, and growth projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and run marketing campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social channels
* Manage and grow social media presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and new channels
* Create engaging content ideas, briefs, shoots, and campaign concepts
* Work with creators, influencers, and brand partners
* Support paid media strategy with creative testing and campaign ideas
* Help improve website content, landing pages, and product launches
* Analyse performance and report on what is working
* Build brand awareness and help increase online sales
* Stay on top of trends, competitors, and new opportunities
* Bring energy, ideas, and momentum to the team
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years marketing experience in ecommerce, consumer brand, fashion, lifestyle, or retail
* Strong digital marketing knowledge across paid social, email, content, and social media
* Strong understanding of what makes content perform
* Confident on camera and comfortable directing shoots or creating content
* Creative thinker with lots of ideas and strong taste level
* Commercial mindset, understands growth and sales goals
* Organised, proactive, and gets things done fast
* Outgoing personality, positive energy, enjoys meeting people
* Passion for fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands is a plus
