Sales Co‑ordinator / Customer Account Handler
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and customer‑focused Sales Co‑ordinator / Customer Account Handler to join a busy and dynamic team. Youll play a key role in providing a seamless link between customers, sales and internal departments – ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Process new and repeat customer orders, liaising closely with planning, warehouse and transport teams. Previous experience in sales account co‑ordination, customer service or order processing.
* Confident communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
* Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload.
* Self‑motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Flexible and willing to work additional hours when required. Desirable:
* Experience using SAGE software.
* Comfortable working in a process‑driven, continuously improving environment.
